Terms & Conditions
These Terms govern the booking and use of services provided by Rima Africa Safaris Ltd. By making a booking, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.
1. Booking and deposit
A deposit of 30% of the total package value is required within 72 hours of your confirmed quotation. The balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival date.
2. Cancellation policy
90+ days: full refund less admin fee. 60�89 days: 50% refund. 30�59 days: 25% refund. Under 30 days: no refund. Force majeure: full credit note valid 24 months.
3. Travel insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance including emergency medical evacuation is mandatory for all bookings.
