Entebbe → Bwindi
Fly into Kihihi or Kisoro airstrip, or drive via the scenic western route, arriving at your lodge on the edge of Bwindi Impenetrable Forest by afternoon. Evening briefing on what to expect from the following day's trek.
Gorilla Trekking Day
Early start for a briefing at the park headquarters before setting off into the forest with your ranger guide and trackers. Trek time varies from thirty minutes to several hours depending on where the gorilla family is feeding, and you spend one hour with them once found.
